One of the reasons couples love The Grain Loft is how seamlessly the day flows. Their bridal suites are spacious, beautifully designed, filled with natural light, and intentionally crafted for comfort. Marisol and her bridesmaids had such a peaceful morning together getting ready. Sam’s room had a great vibe for the groomsmen and a space just for them around the corner from the ceremony spot.

Grain Loft Venue

The garden ceremony space at The Grain Loft is one of my favorite outdoor ceremony spots in Northeast Wisconsin. Surrounded by greenery, open skies, and quiet countryside views, it creates a timeless and serene backdrop. Your guests surround you in a garden, and their views are gorgeous as well. Being outside, in general is just good for the soul. So to have an experience like this, is a gift for your guests as well!

On this warm August afternoon, the weather couldn’t have been better, sunny, bright, and full of that “peak summer” glow. Marisol & Sam exchanged vows surrounded by family, friends, and soft rustling leaves. Their smiles never left their faces, and you could feel how deeply they were loved by everyone around them.

Bridal Portraits Across the Grounds

After the ceremony, we explored the Grain Loft’s property, which is filled with amazing backgrounds: wildflowers, long grasses, open fields, paths, and a gorgeous pond. This venue is intentionally designed to blend nature with structure, giving couples endless options for portraits. Sam & Marisol had so many gorgeous spots to take their portraits. They just glowed the entire time! Marisol & Sam were completely present with each other, soft, sweet, genuine. Their calm confidence and warmth made photographing them effortless. Every photo felt natural because their connection is natural.

A Note About This Sweet Couple

I first met Marisol & Sam during their engagement session at Kohler-Andrae State Park last summer. We spent the evening on the dunes, talking about wedding plans, laughing between waves of wind, and watching the sun dip over the water. They were playful, kind, and so easy to be around.

Seeing those qualities carry into their wedding day felt like everything coming full circle.
