You won’t believe the stunning day I had shooting with Maddy! Right away, I could tell this session was going to be epic. Once we had met up with Maddy and her mom, we made our way to this secret little beach tucked away right behind her house along Lake Michigan, south of Milwaukee. It’s one of those hidden gems that just blows your mind!
As we hit the beach, Lake Michigan was absolutely glowing. Seriously, it was like the water was lit from within! The sand was replaced with these amazing rock formations and huge boulders, which were perfect for creating a dynamic scene. I love using natural elements in my work, and this beach had everything I could dream of. Plus, we timed it just right for golden hour, and wow, did it live up to its name! Madi brought three outfit changes, which added so much flair to the shoot.
For our next spot, we hiked up to the top of a bluff where a gorgeous trail led us to some stunning views. Talk about a perfect backdrop! Maddy looked absolutely stunning in each outfit, and the light during blue hour was breathtaking—those beautiful hues just wrapped around her. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love capturing seniors around Wisconsin, whether it’s near Green Bay or Milwaukee. Every shoot is unique, and when you find a beautiful spot like this, it just makes everything pop. Can’t wait to share more from this day!
